Ten Steps – Women in Science and Engineering (WISE)

Both the CIHT and the Royal Academy toolkits are based around the Ten Steps framework co-created by WISE and the Academy and now delivered by WISE as a benchmarking and good practice sharing programme for the retention and development of female talent.

The Ten Steps toolkit includes access to a series of tools and workshops for those who are signatories to the programme.

The Major Projects Association are members of WISE and endorse the Ten Steps as part of the Association’s Gender Balance Initiative. There are currently 23 Major Projects Association members who are signatories to the Ten Steps.
