Balance the System – Women’s Business Council

For some of the most up-to-date toolkit content we would recommend using the recent Balance the System from the Women’s Business Council, published in July 2018, which is an easy to access and read document, with a high density of ideas and up-to-date links to other resources.

This report gives good advice in a condensed form and whilst it is mostly HR focused it spans attraction, progression and retention with case studies from blue-chip companies Astra Zeneca, GSK and Amgen. The dashboard tool is also a great addition to the pack.
