The Infrastructure Pipeline
The Infrastructure Pipeline is the ten year forward look of investment into major UK capital infrastructure. Launched in July 2025, it supports the strategic framework of the government’s ‘UK Infrastructure: a 10 Year Strategy and is part of the government’s growth mission and the ‘Plan for Change’. The Infrastructure Strategy set out at least £725 billion of public funding for infrastructure over ten years and highlighted the critical role played by private investment alongside this. The Infrastructure Pipeline captures the projects and programmes from public and private sectors that will deliver the 10 Year Strategy.
Through a series of regular updates, the Pipeline will become a comprehensive database of information for construction firms and investors looking to understand future demand.
