Strategic road network and the delivery of sustainable development
Summary
This circular sets out the way in which National Highways will engage with the development industry, public bodies and communities to assist the delivery of sustainable development. As such, these policies should be read by development promoters and their consultants, strategic policy-making authorities, local highway authorities, sub-national transport bodies, local enterprise partnerships, community groups and others involved in development proposals which may result in any traffic or other impact on the Strategic Road Network.
