Summary
This case study documents the delivery of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games Apprenticeship Programme. An approach developed out of an early Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) Employment and Skills Strategy, which was given added impetus by government pressures to more than treble the target number of apprentices to be achieved during the London 2012 construction programme.
