Improving Diversity of Major Project Delivery

Diversity in Major Projects has been a priority for the Major Projects Association since 2015 when we established our Gender Balance Initiative. At the time this work received huge support from our members who considered it one of our most critical undertakings. We subsequently widened this initiative to include all aspects of equality and diversity.
