How to achieve better Gender Balance in Major Projects

At MPA we have witnessed little change in the proportion of women involved in the initiation and delivery of major projects in the past decade – particularly in senior roles. There is an enormous amount of research which proves that more women in business equals better bottom line results, more diversity in teams leads to greater creativity and innovation. We believe that more diverse teams lead to better project outcomes.

This event, chaired by Anna Stewart, launches our Gender Balance Initiative which will provide members with a framework to help achieve greater gender balance as well as an opportunity to learn and share best practice.
