Caron had extensive knowledge of creating, implementing, and successfully managing social value programmes. Incorporating supply chain, clients, and community to deliver project benefits around employment and skills, business engagements, education, volunteering, and well-being initiatives. Areas of expertise include creating social value strategies, governance and compliance, social value impact assessments, measurement, monitoring, reporting, and working with multiple stakeholders to deliver positive project impacts for local communities.

Caron has been a key player in helping shape the social value landscape in the UK. As Head of Social Value at Mott MacDonald, Caron has been at the forefront making sure that social value is built into everything the company does at a corporate, regional and unit level. This has included building a great team, systems, processes and tools that allow Motts to manage, delivery and make a positive impact for our clients and the communities where they work.
