Eleanor Burquest

Events Manager

Eleanor joined the Major Projects Association in 2015, fresh from completing her degree in Geography at University of Portsmouth. She oversees delivery of the full programme of events; booking and liaising with venues, sourcing event chairs and speakers and putting together event programmes and associated resources.

Eleanor also looks after our Programme Committee, who meet regularly to review past events and put together content for the forthcoming programme. ​

Outside of work, Eleanor is a very keen baker and regularly takes commissions for wedding and celebration cakes. She enjoys socialising with friends and family, especially if there’s a gin and tonic or two involved, as well as various home improvement and crafting projects!
