Future Infrastructure Leaders Forum Report 2025
The Future Infrastructure Leaders Forum, a joint initiative by Infrastructure Matters and PwC, brings together a select group of next generation leaders from the UK’s pre-eminent infrastructure organisations. This group, with support from both Infrastructure Matters and PwC, have been regularly coming together to collaborate on the key challenges facing UK infrastructure; challenges that they as future leaders, will eventually inherit.
The Future Infrastructure Leaders Forum report 2025 marks the culmination of their work, setting out their analysis of five issues holding the delivery of infrastructure back and laying out five recommendations to help overcome them.
