Performance Indicators To Monitor, Assess And Improve Knowledge Management Programmes In Nuclear Organisations
Knowledge is continuously being created, obtained and shared within organisations, including nuclear power organisations, throughout their entire lifecycle. Knowledge and its management are key components for the continuous improvement of an organisation and to achieve the required culture for nuclear safety and performance. This publication was developed to assist leaders, managers and other employees with roles and responsibilities in nuclear power organisations and facilities to develop performance indicators to monitor and assess the effectiveness of knowledge management programmes and processes. It presents information on good practices observed through IAEA missions and activities and the knowledge and experience of different member states.
