Thameslink: Partial Completion Form
Summary
The Partial Completion Form (PCF) was introduced on the London Bridge Station Redevelopment project for when the construction or installation of permanent works had to be delivered over several shifts, leaving the installation in a ‘unfinished and safe’ state.
The PCF enabled delivery teams to provide a programme demonstrating which elements would be worked upon on each shift. At the end of each shift, the Contractors Responsible Engineer signed off the PCF and marked up the progressed achieved – confirming that the installation was safe.
