Project Routemap – Setting Up for Project Success
Summary
Project Routemap is the IPA’s support tool for novel or complex major projects. It helps sponsors and clients understand the capabilities needed to set projects up for success, incorporating learning from other major projects and programmes.
The 2021 version of the Routemap includes new modules for Organizational Design and Development, Risk Management, Requirements and Governance alongside the existing Asset Management, Execution Strategy and Procurement Modules.
